King Benj-I started his musical career in Kingston, Jamaica. By his early twenties, King Benj-I had become a well respected recording artist in Jamaica. In his early years he worked with with well known bands such as Revolution, Roots Radics, High Time & Black Culture. He Recorded for Legendary recording studio in Jamaica Channel One, & Harry J.
