Learn How To Do Business With The DOE

Greetings Family,

Here is an opportunity for my West Coast friends to do some real networking....You can't hit a home run, unless you're dressed and ready to play the game

Social networking and online promotion is fine...but sometimes you have to get in people's face. Conferences like the one below give you the opportunity to pin & trap executives and decision makers, who would normally never return your calls.

I strongly advice, those that want a piece of the $22 billion the DOE spends e… Continue

When the Tom Joyner Morning Show was pulled first from Chicago, and then from other markets early this month, Joyner counseled listeners t… Continue

Gunter Wallraff uncovers racism in Germany; thru a White Mans’ Eyes

You Know It’s bad when a whiteman goes undercover and then says it’s bad. check out this clip, where he is applying for a flat.

Apparently he wanted to get the real “flava of bavaria” uncut. in this clip we see him getting sprayed up and then on a bus with some rather unhappy soccer fans; who are not down with his steelo.

this is more representative of what I’ve personally seen in germany when attending sporting events and you are the sole darker face.  many other darker people have remarked to me over the years that they did not enjoy their trips to germany.

in the 90’s quite a few of my african american business associates remarked to me that they had experienced the same cold and differientiating treatment; because they were darker skinned. one was a senior account rep for amex who basically rejected the treatment and shut down a major account for purchases;  due to their lack of sensitivity to minority contractors and associates. he cancelled their ghost card on the spot. bamm.

Clearly they just didn’t realize that He Wasn’t The One..

yeah, been there did that. never again..

Mr. Holder So Really – Whos’ Above The Law ?

What confuses us is why Mr. Holder seems unable to locate the real parties who clearly instigated and caused this crime; when they are appearing live in news venues across the US daily.

Are They Above The Law ?

the basic questions have already been answered, and we know who decided to do it. now what we  need to get is the answer to why. that’s what we all want to know. it would seem logical to us that if Mr. Holder is the Attorney General; and his job is to prosecute those guilty of these crimes against the US – then he should be actively working on making it happen. we don’t see it.

The US Citizen shown in the story at the bottom; was snatched in a rendition. many of us remember the renditions and rumors of kidnappings and black prisons in third nations. apparently the US has alot of friends in eastern Africa. Ethiopia and Egypt; as well as Kenya are all showing up as partners to this gangstyle kidnapping of innocent citizens. there are rumors of others who were involved in the kidnapping and holding; of many individuals at various times, without any redress.

In Case You’ve Forgotten Mr. Holder – This Was August 24, 2009

This is why we think that each reminder we send Mr. Holder needs to now contain a time limit. this must help him to see that we have expectations and need to see this crime prosecuted.  if you say you will do it, Do It.

The people being held in Guantanamo Bay in detention; who will be exported into the US to stand trial very soon, should be able to see that their trials are being held in Fair and Equally Just Courts – as those who created this farce.

Only by finally getting to the bottom of the lies and games can we finally be clear on what maniacal planning a genocide of this magnitude involved.

Today we ask - Mr Holder, Do You Need Someone with a Firm Pimp Hand to Show You How to Use It ?

Do We Need to Get Steven Segal to Get These Ishes for ya Mr. Holder ?

Lets Not Rush to Any Conclusions; We’re Smarter Than That

Rush Limbaugh Uses Innocent Detroiters As Show Pinata | From Crooks and Liars

Welcome to Chuuch – Today’s Sermon is all About Lies and Whys’

As we listen to this almost one year old taped clip; we wonder what was on the mind of producer Kitt Carson, and as well Rush Limbaugh when they decided to put this highly doctored clip into their arsenal of bull-ish.

knowing the full context of the clip helps to explain it;  as well as to clarify some of their sidebar bs :

Early in 2009 in much of the U.S. – the Economic Stimulus plan included assistance for energy rebates.

in many cities around the U.S. people lined up and queued for many hours to complete the paperwork, to get their energy rebates.

the energy rebates helped people coast of coast to keep their heat on in wintry climates like New York, New Jersey, DC, Detroit and even Montana; yet the clip they chose to highlight; is only one short clip of a full 2 minutes that were obtained from people waiting in the crowd, who were clearly speaking in a jovial manner.   instead they transformed this clearly good natured line chat, into a racist soundbite.

This was done Purely for the purposes of Racism, and denigration of a population on the financial brink of collapse.  this is not acceptable, at all. where is the FCC when it comes time to hand out fines for Racism and Race Baiting on Radio and Television ?  oh we forgot they’re still studying Ms. Jackons’ TaTa’s.

this type of sensationalism fits neither the  journalism mode for news or comedy.  it can only be defined as what it exemplifies – “Racist Dribble”.  Why Not Be Honest and Reveal the Complete Context of the Recording Folks ?

why not reveal the entire clip and let us see the people queueing all across the country, and as well those who asked for help; instead of just the people who showed up in Detroit ?

personally we take alot of this as stupidity because we know the entire story. yet there are those who see this and transform it into their platform; solely use it for racist  admonition against one group purely.

Black People, Are Not The ONLY Poor People RUSH

The Face of Poverty is the Face of America - Not Just Blackfolks are Poor, incase you think that’s the case.

there are more White people on Welfare in America than the combination of minorities together. this has always been the case and will probably always be the case; since white folks are the majority population in the United States. that makes it clear by the population studies conducted by the US Census, and Last Years’ exhaustive polls to determine the make up of America, Politically.

This is a clip from the local paper – The Detroit News:

Detroit Police 2nd Deputy Chief John Roach said 150 officers on the scene got a handle on the situation. “There was some pushing and shoving, and some people have fainted,” Roach said. “Given the fact that we have 15,000 people down there, I’m surprised things have been as orderly as they are.”

It was difficult to estimate the crowd because lines snaked all through the convention center and outside along the building and down the parking ramp along Cobo Arena to the river. One police officer estimated the crowd at 50,000.

More than 25,000 applications were snapped up in less than three hours Tuesday at Neighborhood City Halls. That day, Karen Dumas, a spokeswoman for Mayor Dave Bing, said some people mistakenly believed they would receive cash on the spot.

“That is totally untrue,” she said. “There is a process.”

Response had been so great that Detroit police and fire officials considered shutting down the process because of the volume of people.

Kelley Turcotte, a Detroit dishwasher, was near the end of the line around 10:30 a.m. today. The 27-year-old just had a son and said he is only squeaking by on his bills.

“I hope the government sees this and realizes the city needs a lot more help than they are giving,” Turcotte said.

Luis Irizarry, 35, drove from Flint for the chance he could get assistance. He later found out only Detroit residents are eligible. He said it was a shock to see this many people in need.

“This is ridiculous,” Irizarry said about the thousands who showed up.

Tony Johnson came at 5 a.m. Johnson has not found a job in three years.

“If I could win the mega lottery, I’d be tighty-iddy. I wouldn’t be here,” Johnson said. “But there’s no peace ’cause there ain’t no jobs. Everybody’s looking for the freebie, the hand-out. They don’t count me as unemployed ’cause I ain’t drawing a check. It’s like I don’t even exist. But I do. Look around. There’s thousands … millions of us.”

Dan McNamara, president of the Detroit Firefighters Association Local 344, was looking down from his office window across from Cobo.

“This absolutely is representative of the struggling middle class in America,” he said. “We’ve been betrayed by the government, Realtors and those who’ve got. The promise has been broken.”

Detroit News Staff Writer Christine MacDonald contributed to this report.

Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck ARE NOT The Face of America; they are the HATE of America, Magnified by the Media.

Isn’t it time we said NO to Bullshit, and Yes to Brilliance

FF: Serena is the hottest moneymaker in sports

Meet The 2009 Woman of the Year -  Ms. Serena Williams

It’s True that she’s made more money than anywoman in tennisever. yes she is the WTA 2009 Woman of the Year.  who else could so confidently go from the top of the ladder in womens tennis to the bottom, and still get the cover of all the sports mags in the universe – Only Serena.

Earlier this year, Serena and sister Venus; bought an owners share of the Miami Dolphins. That also made Them the First Black Women to Own a piece of the NFL. This is really how you make history.

when she appeared at US Open this year, she was at the top of the ladder in womens’ tennis; only to be pushed back to the bottom, because of a line judges’ complaint against her. still she remained at the top of the earnings ladder.  there are just some things that you have to realize about stars like Serena; she is a moneymaker, regardless of peoples opinions – because She’s Hot and she works hard to keep at the top of her game, always.

She has a career in design, and fashion. she travels the world and is seen on red carpets everywhere, always looking hot and fresh.

Did You Know -

Our Serena Williams Tag is the hottest tag for serena on the internet. people click in to see her 24/7 – 365. she’s just that audience friendly. It’s predicted that she could surpass Jenna Jamison as the most downloaded celebrity on the internet before the end of 2010.  We think she puts her best face forward always, and mostly it’s her ability to not feel selfconscious infront of the camera. she says that she grew up in public; so the cameras that have followed her since she became a tennis phenom, no longer seem out of place to her. she has accepted her celebrity and in our opinion, she wears it well.

Serena is On and Poppin,

Women of the Year 2009

She is a Woman of the Year because: “When most people would falter, she is able to raise her game a level, and that’s what you look for in champions. I feel confident she will win more major singles titles than my 12. And that makes me very proud.” Billie Jean King, tennis champ and 2006 Woman of the Year

Serena Williams

Photographed by Brigitte Lacombe in Brooklyn, one week after winning Wimbledon

Serena Williams feels the pull of competition the way the rest of us feel gravity. It’s why she entered her first tennis tournament at age eight (against her dad’s wishes). It’s why she’s earned 11 Grand Slam titles, two Olympic gold medals and more prize money than any female athlete in the history of sports. “I use the trophies as punch bowls,” she says, laughing. But along the way, she’s had to overcome setbacks and personal tragedies, including the 2003 murder of her beloved sister Yetunde and injuries that relegated her to 140th place during the 2006 season.

After tooth-and-nailing her way up the rankings again, this year she capped her comeback by winning Wimbledon against her sister Venus. (“I love you, Venus,” she later tweeted. “You made me work hard today.”) Of course, Serena’s competitiveness also fueled her outburst at this year’s U.S. Open, for which she soon made amends. “I want to sincerely apologize…. I handled myself inappropriately,” she said, then calmly won the doubles title with Venus. Other recent victories: She came out with an apparel line on HSN and an autobiography, On the Line.

Even more important, in 2008 her Serena Williams Foundation opened a secondary school in rural Kenya, with plans for more. “My goal is not to be the best athlete in the world,” she says. “My goal is to help others…. When I cut the ribbon at that school, I felt so genunely happy. I’ve never felt that way winning Wimbledon or any other tournament. And I have won them all!”

How to Help:

Serena Williams provides an education to children in Africa and elsewhere through her Serena Williams Foundation. Go to serenawilliams.com/foundation to learn more.

Serena Williams Named Woman of the Year

Sat, 11/07/2009 – 3:30am by FitSugar

Looks like having a potty mouth won’t hurt you too much. Serena Williams is one of 11 outstanding ladies Glamour magazine has chosen for its Women of the Year issue.

Glamour cites Williams’s competitive spirit and drive as a testament to her success, even in the face of hardships like the tragic murder of her sister Yetunde and her rise through the rankings after suffering injuries in 2006. This year it all came full circle for Williams when she captured the Wimbledon victory against her sister, Venus — whom she credits as being a major force in motivating her to work the hardest and become the best.

Besides her Wimbledon victory, Williams has 11 Grand Slam titles, two Olympic gold medals, and has earned more prize money than any female athlete in history. But her trophies and bank account aren’t the only reason Glamour thinks Williams is tops. Between winning matches, she’s managed to start her own clothing line, pen an autobiography, and open a school in Kenya through her Serena Williams Foundation.

Who else did Glamour name as Women of the Year? Some of the other notables Williams holds court with are Michelle Obama, Maria Shriver, Rihanna, and poet Maya Angelou.
